Lucida Account and Data Deletion

Delete immediately in the app

1. Open Lucida.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Under Privacy and data, choose Delete account and all data.
4. Confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email ertugrulunal9@gmail.com with the subject “Lucida account deletion request”. Include the email of a linked Google account and your in-app user ID if available. Do not send a password, payment-card data or birth data. We verify account ownership before deletion.

Deleted and retained data

Birth profile, saved moments, reports, preferences, notification devices and account-linked product data are deleted or anonymized. Records required for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, security or law may be retained in restricted form for the necessary period.

We target a support response within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter legal period applies.
