Lucida Terms of Use
Lucida is an 18+ entertainment and self-reflection product. It does not provide professional advice.
1. Service
Lucida provides deterministic Western tropical astrology calculations, source-backed reflections and a one-time detailed relationship report. It is for adults aged 18+.
2. Entertainment and reflection boundary
Lucida is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety or crisis advice and does not claim certain events, causation, fate, soulmates or compatibility percentages. Use qualified professionals for important decisions.
3. Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for session security and lawful inputs. Enter another person's birth data only when you have permission to use it. Do not abuse the service, bypass security, create automated load or generate unlawful content.
4. AI outputs
AI features require separate consent. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. Source panels show deterministic astrology contacts and are not a guarantee of truth. Inappropriate content can be reported in the app.
5. Purchases, delivery and refunds
Lucida does not offer subscriptions. The one-time detailed report shown at checkout is processed through Google Play and RevenueCat. After entitlement, the report enters a bounded delivery queue. Restore depends on the same store account and linked Lucida account. Refunds and disputes follow Google Play rules, mandatory consumer law and Lucida's delivery/refund procedure. 6. Intellectual property
Lucida's brand, design, software and editorial copy may not be copied or resold outside permitted personal use. User input remains the user's; the user grants only the limited processing permission needed to provide the service.
7. Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, stores, networks or providers. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Lucida is not responsible for indirect loss or decisions based on the service. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for security, abuse or legal requirements. Users can delete their account and data from Profile.
9. Law and changes
Subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Updates are published here with a new date.
